Follow-up Comment #4, bug #15155 (project mypaint):
There's some cleanup that could happen on the receiving end of the drag
still: the new drag-motion handler pretty much decides what happens during
the drag at this point, so there'll be some duplication probably. If I have
time, I'll submit a further patch to tidy it up.
Dragging to group labels could be interesting. I'll have to revisit the
appearance of drag-/onto/ vs. drag-/between/ maybe.
