Follow-up Comment #1, bug #18519 (project mypaint):
Just wanted to add that this disconnect between new options and their menu
settings is especially confusing with the recent addition of the
Opera/Firefox-style menu-button options, since their states depend on each
other. I had to enable the enabled menubar to be able to disable the disabled
toolbar again. Just a bit strange.
