Follow-up Comment #5, bug #18548 (project mypaint):
Martin: is the general brush engine behaviour correct here? I think so.
Assume picking a base colour from some pixels, then applying the current
brush's change_color_* settings at the time of the next stroke is correct.
(It's different for Pick Context, and this behaviour can't be observed with
that picker since we pick the original stroke's base color_{h,s,v} and then
apply the same offset as before. So the colour's always the same.)
