Again... it's just another tool that has nothing inherently related to pirating copyrighted files. I use it all the time to download ISO images of linux distributions.... completely legal and solves the problem the author of it intended.Bittorrent on the other hand...
It's a slippery slope. If Bittorent is illegal because it can be used to download copyrighted material, email should be illegal since it can be used to send threats to the president, etc, etc.
