Depends. 40 kids on a bus probably constitutes the person being a
volunteer or paid position (even catholics have a hard time having 40
kids in a family :) ). Using the content in the context of your job,
paid or otherwise likely has a different set of standards than using the
content for a social party in your living room. Probability of getting
sued shouldn't probably be a justification for activities :)
