There is no such thing as a HDMI to DVI converter, fortunately. HDMI is a superset of DVI-D, they are directly compatible, all you need is a $6 adapter that gives you the right plug, or a cable with DVI at one end and HDMI at the other end, which are also quite common. But beware, getting DVI or HDMI working with Myth is fraught with peril. Nobody seems to have much luck doing it at 1080i. 720p is more doable, but I learned yesterday that many HDTVs don't have that great an HDMI input on them. Still, 720p HDMI/DVI-D is a much cheaper and hopefully better course than getting a YPbPr converter.
