Hi MZmine developers, Thank you so much for developing this wonderful tool! I am new to MZmine and I am having some troubles using online database search. When I search METLIN Database, I always get the following error message: Could not connect to METLIN Database: java.io.IOException: could not parse compound name for compound 357 (MetLinGateway.java:111)
When I use PubChem Compound Database, the searching process is often interrupted by this folllowing error message: Could not connect to PubChem Compound Database: java.io.IOException: could not parse compound name (PubChemGateway.java:115) Could you tell me how to solve this problem?
