Hi Grace,
There is a problem with METLIN, because the structure of their website has
changed recently. They are now developing a SOAP API
(http://metlin.scripps.edu/soap/), which should make it easier for MZmine to
connect to their database. I hope their SOAP gateway will be ready soon and we
can have proper connection to METLIN in MZmine 2.3.
I am not aware of the PubChem problem. Can you provide the exact parameters
that you used for search (mass, tolerance etc.).
