Hi Yee-Soon,
OK I added support for this kind of file to MZmine. It will simply treat the
'pr' scans as regular MS level 1 scans. This will be included in MZmine 2.7.
However, I am not sure what kind of processing you are planning with this data
- I think the peak detection algorithms that we use are not going to work..

Regarding that RAW data, I scan the biological lipids, phosphatidyl choline
(PC) under Parent ion scan mode m/z 184 (its common fragment). As you can see,
One single peak contains multiple PCs. besides, some std had been spiked within
the this scan.
