Hi MZmine Development Team, I just download the MZmine software to analyze some of my RAW data collected from the Thermo TSQ. I did install the Thermo specialized software named 'MSFileReader'. I tried to run the raw data import, and it kept showing the following error.
Task error: java.io.IOexpection: Unexpected format: SCAN FILTER: +c ESI Full pr 184.000 [300-1000] (XcalibourRawFileReadTask.java:218) [image: 內置圖片 1] Is this a bug or MZmine simply can't open the RAW data which obtained via Parent ion Scan? Please do assist me with this problem. Thanks a lot. -- YS LING
