Dear sir or madam,
I would like to do baseline correction in MZmine but I receive this
error massage ' base line correction requires R but it could not be
loaded<could not start R.Please check if R is installed and path to the
libraries is set properly in the startMmine script.>
R and java are installed on my computer and path to the libraries is set
correctly (as it is said in the manual). I appreciate it if you could help me
with this matter.
