Dorsa, I wrote the baseline correction module.
I've seen similar problems before and it's usually related to how you've
configured R in your startMZmine_Windows.bat file (assuming you're
running MZmine in Windows?)
Could you please share your your settings for:
R_HOME
R_LIBS_USER
Then could you please run R and tell us the output to the following
commands:
.libPaths()
.packageDescription("xcms")
