Dear Developers, I am getting the following error after running four files of deconvolution (XCMS) "java (TM) platform SE binary has stopped working". I tried unistalling and re installing different versions of java (1.6.34, 1.6.35 and 1.7). Everything goes well until deconvolution. Once it finishes first set of four files, I get this error. I am working on 64 bit system with quad core and 8 gb RAM. I appreciate your suggestions in overcoming this this error
