Group,
2nd problem found with Mini Buffered Prototyping board. or Sea of PTH.
The 74LS245 pins labeled pWAIT and pINTE are reversed.
I even remember laying those tracks, wondering why it got so "easy" all of a
sudden and I didn't need to swap the traces.
I checked all the other pins and they go to the correct S-100 pin as per the
printed labels.
