Dave, I do remember in the Wilcox book there was comment about one "kludge" to take care of one S100 signal. Unfortunately cannot remember which one, but it did require a cap+resistor stretcher as an input to one gate. It's illustrated in the boards overall circuit pages near the end of the book. John
