Tanis, well i went this morning and they can't find anything. They tested my urine and said it looks clean but they will still grow it to see. They also did a pelvic and they took cultures but i was negative for yeast. They said they will grow the others to see since they said it could be a bacterial vaginitis but he didnt seem to think it would show up anything. He didnt feel an ultrasound was necessary but i plan to call my own doctor (who is a woman) and see if she would be willing to do it if i am not better (if i can stand it that long)He tried to suggest that it might be that i am having bladder prolapse due to my age (i am 54) but why would that come on suddenly right after having a UT infection? Doesnt make sense to me. I think he should have drawn blood too but to be honest i didnt really like the guy so i just plan to call my own doctor like i said. I do wonder if maybe i irritated my bladder, uretha or whatever because i was drinking so much fluids and then holding it because i wasnt sure if i had to go or not. Is that possible? Since i dont have a UT infection anymore should i go off the cranberry pills too? I think i will stop and pick up gatorade too as you suggested as well. I will DO ANYTHING I CAN to make this stop!!!! Thank you.
