The only gel powder I have ever heard of is when they use acrylic and call it "gel powder" they then either use a gel topcoat or regular topcoat and say they are "gels" There is no such thing as gel powder. Gel is gel is gel. This really irks me but that is why we need to keep educating the public :) JMHO
