Nicole.. I feel for you also.. I am also a non-confrontational type.. I used a completely different method of losing the problem children..
When they went to book their next appointment I would make sure they could not see my book.. "what works for you? Thurs 15th 4p? oh sorry I have someone booked there.. what else??
