There is going to be confrontation regardless if you get rid of her or tell her
how bad she is behaving. I recently had a situation that I had to deal with -
won't go into the long drawn out details but I called her when there was no one
else around and I knew it would be a quiet time for her too. I asked her if she
had a moment as we needed to talk. I spelled it out for her, in a professional
manner. I wasn't rude, I wasn't belittling I just told her how she made me feel
and how her actions were affecting my business. It worked, she cried, felt bad
all that. Even called me later that day to make sure we were ok and has been on
her best behavior since. You have to get the guts to confront it and just do
it. You will get one of two reactions, one she will shape up, two she won't
come back either way you win!

Simmy, I am a non-confrontational type of person, what do you think about an
email? she really is difficult. Or would an email be unprofessional?
