I would/could take the cover off the intake to check it there...but I don't
think you can take anything else apart....
yes that does sound disgusting.....

my thought is....usually people get rid of something for a reason...either it
doesn't work right or looks like crap etc... I do realize someone might be
redecorating and want a new one but I think that might be rare....
umm think I will check out craig's list....or maybe a manufacturer...

   Pati,
I met a girl who worked at a place that bought a uswd one. She said it was
disgusting. It took days of soaking and scrubbing to remove layers upon layers
of debris from the thing. I would think twice. Or why not just take it apart
before you purchase it to see how bad or good it is?
Good luck with your choice.
Buenos dias,

Wow it's slow on here lately..only getting like 2-3 posts a day...I miss y'all!
LOL!

ANYWAY... I have a question...

I want to get a pedicure chair...I hate the one I have ..it's not a spa it's
the hydraulic chair on a metal base ..with a footrest. You put a "tub" on the
base to soak. Very uncomfortable for me to work on them also.

I *thought* about going with dry pedis...and I wasn't happy with just that.
For some clients that is good...I like working on calloused heels dry, with
product, because I feel like I get better results. BUT...when working on some
other clients...I felt they needed to soak so I could do their "toe work"
better. (My mom for example...elderly, with knarly toes, thick etc...)
SO....I want a spa chair to be able to soak them AND for my comfort...and
theirs. SO...my question is....would you buy a used chair? My hubby wants me to
buy a used one...I don't want to because my feelings are that I do not know how
the previous owner cleaned it and what's growing in there. He says I can clean
it and disinfect it and start "new".

What are your feelings about this? I can show him your answers...or maybe you
guys will change my mind... He doesn't want me to charge it and I do not have
the cash for one right now. I think I will get more pedis also with a pedi spa
set-up. help!
