Pati: I bought used. Haven't regretted it. The pedi chair was in excellent con'd! I could tell when I went to purchase it, that the salon owner took care of it, just by the surrroundings & how the salon looked. Came home and ran OPI cleanser thru it, tore it all apart which I wouldn't have had to, as everything was in ship shape! No regrets here! Plus saved tons of money!
