Thanks guys... My Molly'a first instinct was to wipe off the wax when it
spilled. Not the best idea but I can understand how it happened. When she
came walking up to me with this very large black bag with the shiny coach
emblem glistening at me I almost peed my pants...lol.. poor kiddo was
sooooooooo upset.. the client woudl have never known but I saw it all over her
face. The client herself was no more than 21 just like molly. I told her to
take it to the cleaners a few doors down and see wht they said and I would pay
for the cleaning. Molly apologized A hundred and oen times and as soon as the
client left she cried so hard.. Text me all last night apologizing. Finally
after a million "lesson learned" I told her that I had talked to the girl and
told her that Molly had a coach bag that was wayyy cuter than hers, and that
she just got it for christmas so its practically new and wanted to give it to
her in replacement of the one that she spilt wax
on.. Since molly did say she would do whatever to make the situation better..
about 5 min of no response I told her I was just kidding and she said "i had it
all cleaned out and ready for her" lol.. I love my job.........I really hope I
dont have to replace that stinkin purse...ouch! Anyone have any horror stories
that I could share with her to make her feel better??? Ill print them and give
them to her...lol
