Thanks Mary! I didn't know they guaranteed their bags for life. I was considering buying one but the price tag was too hefty for me considering I beat up bags too easily.
Knowing that they do stand up to their products, I might have to go shopping! I also sent a purse in that was a light pink, that I got dirty they couldnt clean it to their satisfaction so they sent me a voucher for purse amount.
