All that means is that the CND light has four 9 watt bulbs, it still only
emits 9 watts of power.  Extra bulbs give you more even curing at sidewalls
and thumbs.  I think the point being made was that it was a light emitting 9
watts of power, not 6 or 4 watts like other lights.
