Yes you can but, you have to cure longer. Then cure the thumbs. I'm
just sayin they should have released the system as a system...together.
I have had Shellac on for a week and no chips or cracks on my left
hand. I cured the left hand a minute longer since I was using the non
CND light that I have. Right hand I cured as directed. I did get
chipping at the corners on my right hand. But if you look at them from
the top you can't see them.

Thanks for the explanation. I'm still annoyed that they went ahead
with the US launch without the speced lamp available. We all don't
use Brisa and have a Brisa lamp. Thier marketing people have been
hyping this up and people are chasing down Shellac and now we have
to wait weeks for the lamp. I love the product but want to be able
to use the proper lamp. The Industry Source offered to sell me a
Brisa lamp for $229. :/ Umm, no thanks. That's $80 more than the
Shellac lamp.
