It was very hard and very glossy. It did ot file off like a gel (and very few nss salons in my area do uv gel, they do rench dips and call it gel). I was wondering if anyone has seen this and what t is? I want some of it whatever it is. It was way shinier than any of the uv ealers/topcoats that I have and even shinier and harder than the TT Acoat that love so much.
