I have heard the same thing.." American do your nails?"... my clients always say, "yes, and you won't be touching them" One Asian man said to my client, after running his fingers all over all of this clients nails, "I just touch all your nails".." you tell American I touch all your nails"... My opinion of these folks isn't that high to begin with, this type of attitude is unacceptable. Of course most of everything they do is unacceptable anyway. Nothing will change until customers stop going there and that's never going to happen.
