Hey Becky... :) One of my current clients did exactly what you said... had the first toenail on for 2 days and punted her bed. Ripped it back and off. (Yikes!) She came in laughing, saying that is probably why the damn thing doesn't grow right in the first place!! I replaced it with the little bit of nail she had left to anchor it to, and it was great for the following 3 weeks. And PS, I make all my clients I do this on sign a waiver in case something goes wrong(er) with their toes. CYA. :)
