I have started calling it UV Mani and UV Pedi. When someone calls to ask "Do you do Shellac?" I don't try to educate them on the phone....I simply say " yes I do, and I'd love to tell you all about it...but briefly, it's a revolutionary new way to polish the nails so that it lasts for weeks.... did you want to book a manicure?
Then when they get here I go thru the various products.
