I have been having the same problem with the axxium ones. It is not happening on the first couple of soak off visits. It seems to happen after that. I couldn't get the Gelish cd to play in either of our pc's, so I finally had my husband pop it into his X-box, so I just learned that I was supposed to wipe off the foundations tacky dispersment layer....which I had not been doing. Do you think this caused the problem? I'm still making do with my old Pro Finish lamp (five 4 watt bulbs) until I can order an LED light. However, the Shellac soaks off easily and I do the steps the same way as Gelish, but the Shellac is not as durable as the Gelish (at least not on my problem clients). I left a message at Nail Harmony so hopefully someone will call me back in the morning so we can get to the bottom of this. Any of you all experience this?
