Good morning Pam

Its a good idea to do it. 1. It protects your name, its like your trademark, 
your image. 2. You can be fined in most states if you don't. 

You are a business woman so you must handle your business :) for 20 years you 
didn't know, now you know what's needed to be a legal entity in ohio.
