Thank you for that information. I will be checking on that IRS thing. The rent is monthly, went in the other day and she has a large reptile in the main salon and a hairless rat anda snake in the back room.not to sure about that! Purple walls and 50'sdecor with records on ceiling, not sure I would fit in. her old salon was much more toned down more earthy. The plumber tied into the water line in the bathroom and it drained into a line tied into their drain line. The chair had to have a pump for the drain but that is common in chairs so it is easy to get. Sounds tricky but my plumber didn't seem to have a problem. The one fortunate thing for me was the bathroom was in back of where my chair was..so the water line was close. > According to IRS rules...when boothrenting... I thought you HAD to have a key...there are like 10 rules you need to follow otherwise the IRS says you are an employee and then the boss needs to pay your taxes! > good luck... > > > > Pati > > 'Good friends are like stars... > You don't always see them, But you know they are always there. > > > > -----Original Message----- > From: Jess in WA <[email protected]> > To: NailTech <[email protected]> > Sent: Fri, May 13, 2011 7:09 am > Subject: NailTech:: Re: rental salon with out station. > > > As a rental you should be given a key.
