Transfer foils work great with the cured layer of Shellac.  No need for
glue.  On the other gel polishes, yes, but not Shellac, so Diana if that's
what you're using you don't need the glue.  But yes, get some
www.dollarnailart.com foils !!

I've been playing around with transfer foils the last few months. I watched
some robin Moses utube videos and she recommends using 'the best glue ever".
I got some on amazon. 

To use it, clean the sticky later off your top coat, paint the glue on in
the design you want, let it dry, it stays tacky.  Place foil on with the
design side facing up. Press it in and pull off. Then top coat.  Works with
all the foils I have. Watch some of her videos.
