Recipe of the Day

No Crust Quiche
1-1/4 c milk
1/2 c jack cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c cheddar cheese
3/4 c Bisquick
10 oz broccoli
1/2 lb sausage (fried and drained)
Blend first 3 items, add cheeses, pour into quiche pan or deep dish
pie pan. Add broccoli and sausage. Bake 375 for 30 to 40 min. or
until knife comes out clean. You can change fillings to your taste or
items that you like best.
