Recipe of the Day

This is one of my favorite ways to cook chicken. I never liked 
Russian dressing. However using it like this is soo tasty. 
Sue - Austin 

Russian Chicken
1 bottle 8 oz. Russian salad dressing ( or French)
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
12 oz. jar of apricot preserves
2-3 pounds chicken cut up

Mix all the ingredients, bake the chicken @ 350 for 45 min. drain all 
the juice, cover with the sauce and bake another 30 min. basting the 
chicken once in a while.
