Thank you to the members that pointed out there was a problem with the newsletter loading all the way.  I spent some extra time trying to fix the problem.  Hopefully it has been corrected. The pages seem to be loading completely and more quickly now.

Susie's Super Easy Noodle Dish
1 to 1-1/2 cups noodles, dry
1 can cream of chicken, mushroom, celery, or whatever kind of soup
1/4 to 1/3 cup milk
any kind of cheese on top

Boil the noodles for about 7 minutes and then drain. Mix soup and milk together and add to a 1½ to 2 quart casserole dish. Then add the noodles and microwave for about 5 minutes. then add the cheese on top and microwave for about 30 seconds to melt the cheese.

Susie's Cottage Cheese Salad
1/3 to 1/2 small head lettuce, brake it up don't use a knife because the lettuce will turn brown
1/4 to 1/3 cup cottage cheese
any salad dressing will do we like Italian with this salad
1 to 2 green onions, sliced white part and also the green part

In a bowl mix the lettuce, cottage cheese and the onions. When ready to serve mix well in the bowl. Add the salad dressing and mix well again.

Fudge Brownie Pie
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 C. butter
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle sweetened condensed milk
1/2 C. biscuit mix
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 C. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake pastry shell 10 minutes; remove from oven.

Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees. In saucepan over low heat, melt chips and butter. In large mixer bowl, beat chocolate mixture with remaining ingredients except nuts until smooth. Add nuts. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Serve warm or at room temperature with ice cream.
