Of course not.  What it does not do, which I think Mr. Marquis finds lacking, 
is provide any privacy for interior hosts that are *not* using privacy 
addresses.

My understanding is that this isn't an oversight by the authors, and that we 
are not here to discuss whether privacy obfuscation is a feature that should be 
added to the draft.  Hopefully, Mr. Marquis and others with similar concerns 
will come to understand this and take the discussion where it will be more 
readily received.
