I haven't tried this on the floorboards (I'm going for that "lived-in" look
right now), but Minwax Helmsman Spar finish (spray on) did a fine job on that
wooden pelican on our deck (remember seeing that?). As always, all
disclaimers apply: no financial connection, try it on an inconspicuous place, don't
"huff" the fumes, wear a helmet and proper footwear, your mileage may vary, void
where prohibited by law, being on your boat may cause heart palpitations and
shortness of breath, participants and families of this forum are not eligible
for prize winnings, use at your own risk, and my new favorite sign that I have
on our dock: "Sailboat parking only! All others will be sunk."
