For me, waiting _is_ a task switch. Robert Watkins mentioned "actively
reflecting on what you've done," but that's a context switch, too. It's a
switch from problem solving mode to analysis mode. It's also a difficult
transition to make at that point; I find it much easier to meditate on a new
problem than to meditate on something that I'm hoping is finished.
I can see I'm going to have to get my hands on the new edition. In the
meantime, I think that YMMV is very significant.
