With administrative rights, Neo4j can be installed as a Windows service. Click Start → All Programs → Accessories. Right click Command Prompt → Run as Administrator. Provide authorization and/or the Administrator password. Navigate to: %NEO4J_HOME% Run: bin\Neo4jInstaller.bat install However, I'm not finding any .bat files. IN all the subdirectories: C:\neo4j\neo4j-community-2.1.3\Neo4j Community>cd .. C:\neo4j\neo4j-community-2.1.3>dir *.bat /s Volume in drive C has no label. Volume Serial Number is CA3B-FBB9 File Not Found Are the docs wrong?
