I checked the supply, it is 4.99V, that is not too bad. I adjusted
that in my calculation and got 0.3215 V / Bit.

The multiplication works fine.

I do not know what was wrong before, now the voltmeter is accurate to
1V (as compared to my 40EUR multimeter). I know, that is not really
very good, it is a little below the ADCs resolution, but I guess with
standard .25W 5% resistors and a not too crappy supply it is quite OK.

In my "real" voltmeter I will use the internal reference as well as
high precision .1% resistors. Since I measured the resistors in-
circuit, the resistor's respective accuracy should not be the problem,
though... Hmm. How could I increase the accuracy then (except with the
internal ref)? Maybe chose resistors with a low TC?
