But I am a little confused, Adam, you say PicKit 3 and then PicKit 2. Is
one of the two digits a typo or are both good?
I only see the PicKit 3 Debug Express at my electronics dealer:

The PicKit 3 is an excellent programmer. Very low cost (USD45),
USB, very
fast,
all 16F and 18F chips supported. I love it!
