Unfortunately not product I could build/make. To avoid many issues, I now force people to pay insurance. People will complain about shipping even if you charge less than cost, so why not just charge more and cover costs. My auctions clearly now state, "Please consider shipping costs at part of your total bid - yada yada" Also, most of my issues are outside of the USA. Never had a problem with Germany though. Yeah! In fact, I would like to ship myself back for a visit. Maybe get another clock from Dieter in person. Michail
