Or how about BS107P instead? Same job, no base resistors. BTW I was trying to use a SN75468N to control the IN-28 panel in the video below. It failed miserably. Segments that were supposed to be off were being pulled down to about 20V. Seven BS107P are working nicely, and can still be controlled using 3.3V.
