I'd proceed with caution. The LM4562 looks like a great chip, BUT, the data sheet says that it's max supply voltage is +/-17volts...the Neotek runs on +/-18 volts. Also, the OPA2134 spec says that it is perfectly happy driving 600 ohm loads, so that may not be the issue. If you are loosing headroom because one or more chips is actually oscillating way out beyond the "dog ranges", the 4562 could potentially make that even worse, as its maximum gain bandwidth is 55mhz as opposed to 8mhz for the 2134!

I fell like I didn't lose too much. I'am gonna try some other chip options. There are a few places where I want to swap out the OPA2134's for LM4562. The OPA2134s aren't so good for driving low impedance loads. which means lower headroom and increased distortion.  the LM4562s will go in the output stage and any noninverting buffer applications. I guess that's where OPA2134's suck.

I'll let you know how it goes when I can find some time to open her up.
