On some of the consoles there is an adjustment for the 2 mix buss. They are 
 2 knobs right above the solo, mute in place, mono logic switches. Maybe 
this  might be it. All so make sure that the channels are not feeding the 2 
mix as a  L/R pan would pose a difference.
