Thanks Greg. What type of connector did you go with, in particular, how does it interface with the ribbon cable?
The main problem with our 1986 Elite is the ribbon cable is pushed into the 'teeth' of the molex connector and that is it, job done. Which has never seemed to be a particularly stable connection. Not familiar with the Series II, perhaps it's a different set-up.
