Well, perhaps I was out of line. Marc, a better idea may have been to ask
for a consensus to assist in setting your price. This is just an issue that
annoys me back from the rec.audio.pro days. One guy would list something
for sale and then there would be 50 opinions on why he should have asked
less; some times being unnecessarily demeaning about it. I just don't want
to see our list descend to that.
My apologies if I was too harsh!

Jim, I don't object to hearing informed opinions about the value of a
particular piece of equipment.
It is actually very helpful for me to know what the market is like and I
