Yes, I have a question about "a restored, plug and play desk". I've had my Series II for 3 years, and I worked at the previous owner's studio on and off since 2001. This console had almost nothing done to it by the previous owner, and I have done very little in the way of maintenance. I have added a bunch of extra rows to the patchbay, replaced a few opamps and a few pots. Nothing that would in any way qualify as a restoration.
My console is 100% functional 99% of the time, and it is in daily use. The only persistent problem is to have only a few scratchy EQ pots, but it never interferes with sessions. I don't get it.
