This thread has become off-topic, but the tool you are looking for is called

                       redhat-config-packages

and is part of the distro (already on my system with "everything" install,
also found on the firts CD under 
RedHat/RPMS/redhat-config-packages-1.0.1-1.noarch.rpm).
As the firstboot package depends on it it is hardly likely that you won't have
it (but OTOH I'm not a RH packager).

Nevertheless I also join the recommendation of apt/freshrpms.org (where you
can also get nessus-1.2.5 to get back on-topic).
